To start off I'd like to say I'm not much of a story writer, so you're not gonna see any stories written by me, even though this seems to be mostly a story forum. The reason I'm here is the MMU Clan. =)
I have a good knowledge of GUI triggering, but a hardly decent knowledge of (v)Jass. Also my over-all knowledge of WE is quite good. My main weakness is (as far as I know) the lack of ideas. That's why I'm not quite sure about how much of a triggerer I actually am and why I haven't finished a single map yet. I hope that won't be too much of a problem.

So, I'm a 16-year-old boy from Finland (that's a small country in Northern Europe, just so you know ). Umm... Well, yeah, that's quite about all of me. ^_^

if you want some practise with triggers... i need to make a All pick and an all random for my map Ebb and Flow.. reackon you can knock me up one of those... i can send you the unprotected one if you want

I can do it, if you tell me how the mode is chosen (text command or dialog or something else?) and who chooses the mode (a voting, red or the real host (the real host thing fails in LAN games, though)). =)

another thing though...

my friend who did most of the triggers.. he did a weird hero choice system... i think it wont be hard to make it able for all pick... but yeah. if you play the map youll see.. but basically the player clicks a hero... and the hero has an item called alliance.. so if some one on alliance clicks it.. it chooses that hero and removes the item.. horde has the opposite.

i geuss it would just be a code that reveals the other area and lets alliance choose horde and reverse right?

I've played it, so I got an idea about what the selection is like. Although I can't understand why they need to have the items. o_O But yeah, shouldn't be hard to make that allpick. So where do I get the unprotected map from? =)

You could send it via PM, or do you have to use email?
And isn't it so, that alliance can't choose horde's heros, since they ain't even able to see them? ^_^
